Martin's excellent report, 'Ramblings' match No.14, about the Copthall Stadium and his visit here back in October 2007 fully describes this massive athletics stadium, and there is nothing I can add to his spot-on article to augment the reader's knowledge about it, so I wont!

Kentish Town are 2nd in the league and Cranfield bottom, so I was expecting a comfortable win for the former, but it didn't start out like that, as the first thirty minutes belonged to the visitors, who deservedly took the lead early on. On the half hour KT equalised and never looked back, adding another goal before the interval and two more afterwards, running out comfortable winners.

Two points I would like to mention. Firstly the pitch........it is a quagmire, so ring ahead if you're planning a visit here on a rainy day. Secondly, the matchday programme. Although well produced, it's 68 pages are massively bulked out by first team match reports for nearly every game the club has played all season. That notwithstanding, this is obviously a labour of love.

And, finally, a word about the Copthall Stadium itself......HIDEOUS!
